Hi I’m using iPhone 6s. Software 12 but the YouTube isn’t working in my phone right now. I do the same thing go to App Store then go to avatar select purchase & download YouTube but it’s Also not worth it. It’s not working properly. Please resolve my issue ASAP. Thanks.

If you are on iOS 12, then you do not have a 6S, you have a 6 or 6 plus. If you had a 6S, you should be on iOS 15.8.3
Your post isn't very clear, YouTube is free, it doesn't cost anything.
If you are having issues with YouTube, you should be contacting Google who owns YouYube, this is not an Apple product.
