How can I access the keyboard during a phone call on iPhone?

Hello,

I work at a very large credit card company with our voice response system. My team and I are developing a capability where customers can type their answers rather than speaking them during a phone call. On iphone you can pull up the keypad during a phone call; however, how can we pull up the keyboard as well? Can someone advice or point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

You can't. And it makes no sense. There is absolutely no need or way of pulling up a full keyboard. And even if there were, PBX systems cannot get input from a full keyboard since there no associated tones for a full keyboard the system could pick up and no way to send key presses or characters over a voice call.

What you propose does not work with voice response systems.
