2023 mac studio suddenly not recognizing 2nd monitor

I have always used 2 LG monitors with my Mac Studio with no issues. Recently one of them stopped working. I tested it on my macbook pro (no luck), I swapped cables (power and USBC), I swapped ports . Miraculously it started working again. Came back the next day and no luck. I have run disk utility - no issues. I am running Ventura OS 13.6.5

Any ideas?
