Why cant i redeem 6 months 2.99$ on apple music?

Hello. Same for me here, never had a free trial before, on iPhone 12 with iOS 16, I only have this 2.99 option popping up on the app, & it only says I’m not eligible & asks for to get the 10.99 option instead, how is that possible?

I don’t have the 3 month trial option, never used Apple Music in my life, and the option still isn’t appearing for me,
