How do I turn the white dot in my videos off.

Are you shooting into the sun or bright light? If so, that is lens flare. It's a reflection of the light off the back of the camera lens.

I took a video of a palm tree and there is a bouncing white dot in the center. It is very distracting and ruins the video. I searched this up and the advice was to turn off the assistive touch. However assistive touch was not on.
