I can receive Securus calls

I’m having trouble answering calls from my fiancé who’s in prison when they tell me push 1 to accept the call I pushed 1 and the call just hang up I use T mobile and I called Securus they just give me a number to enter to remove scam calls I did that but unfortunately it didn’t work can someone help me please I’m so tired and it’s annoying please help me.

Calls coming through sleep focus why am I still getting calls from people not on my list with sleep focus on? A previous post said not to allow repeat calls & to set to no one.
