How can I bypass MDM during setup for a previously owned corporate iPhone?

When I get to a certain point on the set-up the mdm kicks and asks me to provide id and password, neither of which I have. Is there a way of removing this level of control from the phone so I can complete set-up?

Remove DEP I recently bought an old iphone from my company however when I wipe the device and reset it. The again starts with enrolling me to my company's MDM system. How do I get rid of this.

The corporate owner needs to remove the device management. There is no other way.
