Cannot verify payment information for Robux purchase on Apple Account

I have been trying to buy robux and every time I try to buy some it already says “Cannot Verify Payment information, Contact Apple support” So now I’m here (Don’t say my card is declining because I got money 😒)

Cannot verify payment information. Contact Apple Support. I'm having a hard time adding payment information, it's says payment method declined update or add new payment method, I kept trying it kept giving the same error till it gave a different error; cannot verify payment information. It's annoying because every month I struggle with the same prompt (update or add new payment method) until it finally decides to work but (cannot verify payment info) is new to me. Please help

Under manage payments I am being asked to verify my payment information, but it isn't giving me any way to verify my payment information I did have an issue where my card was briefly on hold, but this issue started before that happened. I can't remove and re-add the card in question because I get an error message that says "there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file"
