Siri doesn't access microphone on iPhone SE 2nd gen.

Microphone works for all other apps, phone calls and voice memos, but not for Siri. Running 18.3 now but problem started before update. Any Ideas?

I have been thru all the help posts, including re-setting and re-booting phone multiple times.
