Safari and App Store no longer on the Phone after 18.3 update

No. This was not user error as all of the searches suggest. I woke up this morning after my phone updated last night with Safari and App Store missing from phone. I have searched in settings and in the App Library and neither app is on my phone. When I go into default browser in settings to set a default search browser, there is no option at all. I have not deleted any apps off my phone. Anyone else experience this?
