iPhone 13 Pro doesn’t backup

My iPhone 13 Pro doesn’t backup either to iCloud or PC (windows 11). The process starts but then status freezes with no success.

Thank you! However, I tried everything in the article with no success. There is enough space in iCloud (200 Gb)
