My answer solves the problem where you go to a site that you have use google sign instead of creating an account, now whenever you access that site, it automatically signs you in on safari or other browsers.
the issue here is not apple problem but rather google security account settings -> security settings -> scroll down until you see skip password "click that toggle button and turn it off" this will prevent the SSO login without a prompt.
go back once and now look for Third party apps & services. "This shows the websites & Apps you have given access" you must remove the website or service that keep logging you in "in my case I had to remove "adobe".
once you found the service or site that keeps logging you in click on it then Go To: Delete all connections you have with "name of that site or service should appear here" click on that > arrow and confirm deleting it.
now if you go back to that browser refresh, it will ask you to verify, don't verify, try to go to the home page or login page you will notice that safari shows you that google account id and Use another account. select another account Id "now you will be stuck with this account id". The solution is to create account with that site don't use SSO at all.
