I own an iPhone 15, I guess after updating to iOS 18.3 I have encountered yet another bug or glitch. My iPhone ringer volume is not lowering automatically when the phone is ringing and I am lifting my mobile, which worked fine until a few days ago, is anyone else facing this?

I think that should be it but (like Lionel said) after 18.3 (now 18.3.1) it doesn’t work anymore…

There does appear to be an issue with Attention Aware. In another thread, someone said they contacted Apple Support who told the user, Apple was aware and it would be fixed in an update. Since we are all users here on this user to user only forum, we won't have any information on when this update might arrive.
You can let Apple know you're having an issue, using this link --> https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone/
Go to Settings/Face ID & Passcode and check the setting for Attention Aware Features. That is what lowers the volume when you look at it, not just picking it up.
Turn it off, then on again.
