How can I access iTunes music without an iPod?

I use Ipods for teaching fitness classes. Whilst I have an Iphone, I don't want to use all the storage for my playlists. I have itunes and I have purchased music rather than stream (it is illegal to use streamed music for fitness classes as it is a business). Now that Apple no longer do IPODS, is there any other way of using Itunes music via a MP3 player. (My Ipods are still working a present but just want to look at other options). Or is there a way to move all my music from Itunes so I can access it elsewhere. Thank you
