How do I view my listening history in Apple Podcasts on the web?

On my iPhone (iphone 16 Pro Max, IOS 18.1.1, latest Podcast app version), I can choose 'home' from the menu bar at the bottom, then scroll down to 'Recently Played', then tap it to see a list of ALL podcasts I've listened to (11 so far).

On my desktop, in a browser, I visit https://podcasts.apple.com/us/home and from there, scroll down to 'Recently Played', then click on 'Recently Played'. Now I see exactly THREE entries - compared to the 11 I see in the App.

Logically, the two 'Recently Played' lists ought to be the same. The difference seems to be that the 'App' is showing me all episodes played, while the web view is showing me only episodes that I have not fully played through. I want to see EVERYTHING I've ever listened to, and that's there in the App but not the web view. I don't see any setting to change what the web is showing me.

ALSO - many responses here in the community describe the option at the bottom left of the Apple Podcasts app as 'Listen Now' - but I see 'Home' there. I have the latest version. Why are some people seeing 'Listen Now' in the bottom left corner? (my bottom bar shows 'Home', 'browse', 'Library', 'Search').
