Apple Watch face not showing time and date
My watch suddenly stopped showing time and date with my photos on the face. All I have now are pictures no time and date, how do I get it back

Apple changed the available options for the Photo Watch face in the newest watchOS 11.
Older Photo Watch faces do not work anymore the way they did in watchOS 10. You will have to create new Photo Watch faces.
But, you can add the date as a complication at the top or bottom:
