How do I remove Bluetooth devices that won't disappear on my iPhone?

I noticed that while working out a device other than my apple watch was transmitting Heart rate data to my phone. When I looked at my connected Bluetooth devices, I now see WHOOP 4A0829065. I did not add this device. When I click the info button next to the name, the only option I get is forget device. I have pushed that a number of times and then confirmed I want to forget device, but it never goes away. I have turned off Bluetooth, restarted my iPhone and repeated forget device. Still won't go away.

Do you have any other electronic device at home using Bluetooth that would receive your heartbeat if you used it? Such as a Bluetooth blood pressure device, maybe a scale? My scale connects to my iPhone via Bluetooth and will measure my heartbeat. If you look in the Health app on your phone, if it is getting a measurement via Bluetooth, if you look at the data, it should tell you a time, and maybe that would jar your memory.

Hello

also having the same problem here, with "Whoop 4C2339949", but I dont even have one of this, have never connected any one similar, cant remove it.

And today while connecting my usual headphone, its now not only showing this Whoop device, but also lots of "Iphone" that shows as connected, and there isnt even the option icon so I can remove it.

It has never happend before...

I had the same issue today. I was in the gym and realized that a device "WHOOP 4C1807306" was under my bluetooth device. I tried to click "forget the device". I tried "reset network". I tried turned the bluetooth OFF and ON. I tried powering off the iphone 14plus. None of them worked. The WHOOP device is still in my bluetooth list showing "not connected". I was scared and thought it was a kind of virus. Then I searched the Reddit. It seems like other people had similar issues. I am not sure if it is a bug in Apple product or in WHOOP product.
