usbc hub is disconnected after sleep - mac mini

There are a lot of problems with hubs, disks etc when Apple products wake up. Many of them are disconnected (in some cases also broken) and need to be unplugged and plugged back in to work properly. It is strange that Apple is not able to fix this issue. Other os like Windows or Linux have no issue with that, only Apple. Apple doesnt have good developers that can solve the issue or just ignores us (users) and just want to get money for buggy devices/softwares? When do you plan to fix this issue???

In the mean time to prevent the Hub from disconnecting, test the following settings:

Turn On "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off"

Set "Turn display off when inactive" to 5 or 10 minutes

Leave the Mac mini On and only allow the display to turn Off

Do not manually Sleep from the Apple Drop Down menu

Shut Down the Mac min when away for a day or more
