Managing my child's individual Apple Music subscription

My son is has a subscription to Apple Music using an individual plan for $10.99 a month. His iCloud account is attached as a family member.

How can I cancel this individual subscription on my Mac or iPhone? I don't see a way to access his individual subscriptions.

My ultimate goal is to enroll a family subscription and share with him.
