When I try to download anything even free stuff it keeps making me look at my credit card and filling it out when it’s already in. Anyone know how to fix it? (iPad 5th Generation version 16.7.10)

There is some kind of problem with your payment method. You need to have a valid payment method even if you are looking to download a free app that will not be charged.
