Streaming apps not playing after updating iPad to iOS 18.3

Up date 18.3

streaming apps open but will not play . Checked connection, turned on and of iPad, viewing inside apps but when pressing or selecting program get the spinning wheel . Is this the update can’t think of anything else

Ipad iOS 16.2 won’t play downloaded content from any streaming service. I updated my iPad Pro to iOS 16.2 last night and have a bunch of stuff downloaded on Prime, Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV apps but now after the update, none of them will play. They all give “unable to play” errors. A video on my camera roll will play, but nothing else will. I updated the apps as well to make sure they were compatible with 16.2, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

Iphone 13 Streaming Audio/Video After updating my Iphone to 15.6.1 it will not run any streams, no audio, no video. Problem is the same for most common apps, Netflix, Sky, Spotify, even Youtube (App and Browser). Restart didnt work. Ideas please!

After upgrade to iPadOS version 18.4.1, apps like Audible, Hulu, and Netflix won't play My iPad Pro updated last night to version 18.4.1. Today I can open apps like Audible, Hulu, and Netflix, but if I click on content, it won't play. I've restarted the iPad, deleted and re-added the affected apps, and did a reset of network settings. Nothing works. Has anyone found a solution?

Is the streaming app(s) up to date? Perhaps the developers needs to update their software and has nothing to do with 18.3. I suggest you contact them.
