Phone freezes when in family settings everyone I open it. When I close it down and go back to settings the screen goes black and freezes again. I have to close down again, go back to settings, click on family then wait about 10 seconds before going any further then it will work. A frustrating issue which needs looking at

Issue remains even after update 18.3.1.
It seems that many users are affected and it is an importand function for families which doesn‘t work anymore. Any reaction from apple support?

Apple , I am having the same issues!! This is frustrating as I need to let my kid as new contacts to her phone but I can’t change the setting because it keeps freezing!! I need this fix please !!

“The one way I have found to be able to access it is to go to Settings>Screentime>Family(click the member to edit)“

Until there is no fix provided use:
Settings=>Search „Screentime“=>Click the Family Member below of that screen=> the nect screen has the settings you need and this doesn‘t freeze.
This only works for me
Is there any reaction from Apple, like „Yes it is a bug“, „fix will provided“ …)?
This is still an issue after the 18.3.2 update.
Same issue here. Very frustrating as I use screentime for my child and am unable to access to turn on/off. I get to her profile but none of the options work after that. It completely freezes and I have to close out of it. A suggestion was to restart my phone, hopefully they come up with a fix asap.
Update: someone made the suggestion below and this what I found works for now:
Settings_Search_"Screentime“_Scroll down to the family member you're wish to review
Then you can access any of the options for that member with no issues or freeze

It seems that a “Reset” of my son’s iPhone solved this issue. Just sharing for everyone who is experiencing the same issue.
