iPhone Unavailable try again in 8 hours
iPhone won’t open with my passcode and keeps telling me to wait first 1 hour now up to 8 hours to wait before retrying.

That happens when the incorrect passcode is entered and every time the wrong passcode is entered, the time to wait is extended. You can wait the 8 hours if you think you do know the correct passcode, but if you don't, you'll eventually disable the phone completely.
