Missing 'Save as' option in Pages

If you use Save As… as often as I do, you may want to use this solution originally by TUAW to permanently change the keyboard combination. The article was written way back when Mountain Lion, OS X 10.8, came out but it still applies to all versions of OS X/macOS since. I have always created a shortcut for Duplicate to use ⌘⌥⇧V so that the same command does not apply to two different actions.

Hold down the option key when the File menu is open. It's the same, and equally annoying, for all Apple apps.
