Genmoji show no results

Genmoji shows no results for anything with Mac OS 15.3, Mac Studio. Apple Intelligence is turned on via System Settings. I turned Apple Intelligence off then back on. It shows no results for any simple search in Messages or Apple Mail. I have checked "how to use" it and am following the simple directions. I have restarted my computer. It works when using my iPhone but not on my computer.

Same here, but no LuLu running on my device.

The only thing I ever get when trying to create genMojis or work with the Image Playground is "No result".

What's strange: my daughter has the same settings on a weaker device (M1 Air vs. M1 MBPro Max) and she has NO issues whatsoever.

Truth being told: I have a lot more software installed (including AI-related stuff like Ollama) and my activity monitor shows many more background services running - but none of them should (theoretically) get in the way of Apple Intelligence.

Is there any way to test what get's Apple Intelligence stuck to do its job on my device ?

Had the same phenomenon - and wanted to share the likely reason that blocked genMoji for me:

Apple Intelligence seems to require a Photos System Library that is accessible (with our without real pictures) while it runs aka while it tries to personalize genMojis based on photos it looks for in the System Photo Library.

The settings of my system were such that the Photos System Library is on a removable SSD - which is usually not attached to the system.

As soon as I option-chose an empty Photo System library, the genMoji feature would start to work.
