Merging files and desktops from multiple iMacs into one new iMac mini m4

I have three iMac minis and two 27" iMacs and want to merge the files and desktop info from all these into one new iMac mini m4. Basically need to combine the bookmarks, contacts, photos and the desktop folders into one iMac that has all the info in one place. Doing this manually will be a major project. Is there any way to automate this process?

It's rather confusing when you use the word "iMac" incorrectly instead of "Mac". 😨

I have never heard of a way of automating such a process and if there were it would be prone to problems.

Probably best to bite the bullet and set aside time to transfer the material manually.

There will almost certainly be numerous duplicated items which you can delete and put everything in an orderly manner as it sounds as though it may be rather chaotic at the moment.

Dumping everything on a large external drive would help recognition of duplicates and unnecessary items pending transfer to the new mini.
