I would like to remove >philandro Software GmbH 3 items: 2 items affect all users< from my MacBook Air. how do I go about it?

Once, after downloading Mac Keeper, it said I had 30 viruses when, in reality, I had none. Then, the support person (who all have fake avatar names and is most likely run by one person) requested to control my computer, where the person added a screen containing capabilities at any time on my Mac, as well as turned Mac Keeper in the background to monitor every activity. This application is harmful for those who do not understand how to use computers compared to others. Why is it still a thing that is still installable? Should it be taken down?!
