Why does my Apple Music station only play Spanish songs

my Apple Music station only plays Spanish songs, I have never gotten a song in English. I’ve never listening to a Spanish song on Apple Music before, and I’ve had it for about 2 months, and every time I click “my station” it only plays songs in Spanish. I have tried clicking “suggest less” and spamming the skip button but all I get is Spanish music. Hope someone can help!
