TikTok gave me a refund but it didn’t work because of it was through Apple Pay and when they said ask apple I asked apple and they said no

The refund goes from the merchant’s (TikTok) bank to the bank that issued the debit card. Apple does not handle refunds. Please contact the bank that issued the debit card. Your bank may need the refund transaction number to trace the refund.
Not if it’s Apple Pay. It sounds you used the payment method in your Apple Account, not Apple Pay.

No I used Apple Pay to purchase it was in the app and they said this refund had to processed through apple
