My iPhone not recognizing my Country

I created Apple ID but when I try to download an app it says that my account has never been used before and that I need to review it. First it says United States but when I tried to change it to my country ,which is Ethiopia, I couldn’t find it. So Apple how am I supposed to finish setting up my iPhone and use my App Store ???

If you previously used a different country (e.g., the U.S. or another supported region), you may need to keep using that country.


Ethiopia is not officially supported by Apple for certain services, including creating an Apple ID directly linked to the country. This means you won’t find Ethiopia in the country list when trying to change your Apple ID region.
