Use for an iPhone se 2020 with wifi only.

It has iOS 18.1.1 and functions normally. I wanted to investigate what I can use the phone, it's camera for a portable device. Also could it be utilized as a home phone on wifi? Could it be used as a portable camera without wifi?

To use WiFi calling, you still need an active account through a cellular carrier.

Yes, it can be used as a camera without WiFi.
