TikTok is allowed in the United States so why can I not re-download the app?. I only deleted it because I thought that TikTok was going to be a complete band forever. When are they gonna make it available to users again?

When ByteDance shows Congress that they're divesting from the Chinese government; until then, while existing copies of TikTok can be used, distributing it is illegal in the USA and subject to big fines.

Despite the fake news to the contrary, it is 100% illegal for Apple and Google to distribute the TikTok app, along with other products for that developer.
