Missing edit button in iPhone 16 phone app

The edit button on the phone app on my iPhone 16, 0s18.1.1 has disappeared. Where did it go?

I can no longer delete more than one call at a time because the edit button is gone. What gives?

Please update to the latest iOS 18.3., then post back if needed.

It's there as it should be on my iPhone on iOS 18.3. Update your iPhone to the latest iOS 18.3 and see if resolves this for you.
