Проблема с подпиской на Apple Music

Dear Apple Support,

On January 21, 2024, at 08:11 AM (Astana time), 2,290 KZT was deducted from my account for an Apple Music subscription. However, I am currently unable to use the app and cannot listen to music.

I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
