Cloud Library infinite loading in Apple Music macOS app

Hello! I open the Apple Music app on MacOS Venture 13.7.2 and I get the message "Loading cloud library...". This process is endless. I don't see a single song from my media library.

I have a subscription to Apple Music. Everything works fine on the iPhone and Apple TV, I see my media library. I logged in under the same account everywhere.

To solve the problem, I tried:

1. Disable and enable sync in the Music settings

2. Log out and log in to Apple Music

  1. Deauthorize and Authorize my MacBook

3. Restart the application and computer

4. Open the Music app in safe mode

5. Delete the genius.* file from the media library file.

6. Completely delete the file with the media library from the user folder and create a new one.

Nothing helped.

Help me, please.

P.S. I noticed that if I open Apple Music via a browser (link) I get a number of albums with the artist "undefined" without a cover. These are albums that I added myself from a MacBook and then deleted. And they don't open. I delete them, but after refreshing the page they reappear. Ghost albums.
