macOS 15.3 Safari does not display X GIF search graphics and AVIs

I updated (M3 iMac) to macOS 15.3 yesterday, Monday 28 Jan 2025. I am seeing a number of Safari graphics failures in X as a result. I am curious as to whether anyone else is seeing this problem. The problem is illustrated in the two screenshots- X allows you to search for GIFs to use in posts, first image. But if I click on one category (or alternatively, enter my own search criteria), all I see now is shown in the second image. If you are familiar with X, normally sample GIFs to use would be shown. I can still click on one of those colored boxes and get some random GIF for a post, and it works fine. But I cannot review it first. So this option (the GIF search feature in X) is basically useless in macOS 15.3.

I want to be clear about some things before people suggest this. GIFs work. Also, I also cleared history/cache and still had the problem. I also rebooted twice since the update. And no, I do not intended to use another browser since X has a habit of preventing logins when "too many logins have been tried." Safari was working fine before I updated to macOS 15.3.

I am wondering if Apple AI is interfering?

I can confirm I have the same issue in 15.3. I started to use the Safari Technology Preview and it works just fine on there. Apple will need to fix this with another OS update.
