I have noted that my phone won’t shut down I have followed the instructions hold and release volume up button then volume down button the my on off button on top of phone for almost 30 seconds .. still not working , please help

Make sure you’re pressing volume buttons. This time do the same procedure but hold the power button until you see the Apple logo. The complete instructions are in the support article below. It may take several minutes, could be as long as 1 to 2 minutes for the logo to appear.

You’re not seeing the swipe to turn off like below? Then you need to press the up volume, down volume a little faster.
Jeff thank you , however , no I’m really stuck I have pressed each button quick and release quick then top button on phone and still nothing
