Then that's why your posts are getting removed. These forums are for users to help other users with technical issues. Apple management does not read posts made here, and any posts that are only complaints will almost certainly be removed. Again, I'd suggest reviewing the Use Agreement to which we all agreed when we first signed up here.

Then, if there's an issue you think we fellow users can help you with, by all means post and perhaps someone can help you sort things out. But make it a legitimate request for technical assistance, not just a complaint, or it'll just get removed again.

Regards.

Hello again ~ I would encourage you to try stating your question once more into the proper forum where it may be viewed by users who could help you much better than I . Here’s another suggestion…state your question in a technical way…devoid of displeasure or criticism. Stay technical…remembering that we are all volunteers here and enjoy helping others. Here in this thread I don’t even know what type of device you’re using or any details. As *varjak paw* mentioned your assistance will be limited here in this forum. I have enjoyed interacting with you …ask your question as if you were dealing with me perhaps? Good luck and take care.
