Unable to turn off Focus on iPhone

I'm unable to turn off the Focus setting regularly. It seems to get 'stuck' ON every few months. I'm so frustrated. Nothing I read on Apple Community or other troubleshooting pages here or other places fixes it. It just randomly turns ON and then there's no turning it off until, I guess, a new update or fix. SOOOOO aggravating. I miss calls, texts, etc.

Have you tried asking Siri to: “Turn Do Not Disturb off?” That’s the easiest way to turn a focus off.

Also try a Forced Restart.

  • Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  • Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  • Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
