I received some photos via AirDrop and I can see them in recently saved but only one of the eight photos is showing up in my Library. I have checked and all have matching dates so not sure what’s happening! Help please and thank you!

First, don't worry. The Library view shows all the pictures in your Photos Library. They can't be seen in "Recently Saved" unless they are in shown somewhere in Library.
How is your Library sorted? When you scroll up from the "Photos" view (where "Photos" is at the top) to the "Library" view, there is a "Sort" menu at the bottom:
If the Library is sorted by Date Captured, then you have to look where other pictures were taken on that day. Actually, that can be pretty flaky, because dates can get removed or mixed up during transfers.
Try sorting by Date Added, and the new pictures should be together near the bottom of the Library view.
