Unable to upgrade iPhone storage due to payment issue
I want to upgrade my storage but my phone doesn’t except any payment information .

You cannot upgrade internal storage on an iPhone. As far as upgrading your iCloud storage plan – to get more storage on Apple's servers for backups and for synchronization – you will need to fix the payment issue first.
If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
