would it be possible to share my location with another AppleID user only at certain times, eg. working days from 8am to 8pm? for health reasons.... just to confirm that I m alive without compromising my privacy (sharing with my mother, sister, etc)

I have created a three-step process (To be done only once). This will send a message with your location to pre-selected contacts at 6 AM on Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, & Sat.
The Steps:
1st Step (Add a Shortcuts from Gallery)
2nd Step (Edit and add the recipients to the Added Shortcut)
3rd and Last Step. (Create an Automation to send your location every Sun, Mon, Tue, Fir & Sat at 6 AM)
thanks, it s kinda helpful, but i still need to click the send button which kinda makes this unusable. I live alone and I need my sister or exwife to know that I am alive (so that otherwise they can call emergency) without letting them know where I am 24/7. if they at 10am see that I moved since the day before or that I m in the office they would not panic....
How can I share my location only during specific hours?
