how to permanently mount a NAS Drive on Mac Mini M4

I have a Synology NAS where I store all of the photos I edit in Adobe Lightroom, etc., on my Mac Mini M4. I want to mount the NAS drive which is connected by ethernet so that I don't have to open the drive every time I start up the Mac. I want it to be ready to go to transfer files like any other drive connected to the desktop. How do I make this happen?

Mac mini, macOS 15.1

Add the volume on the Synology to your Login items. If there is a Username/Password you must enter to connect to the device, make sure that that is stored in your keychain.
