Please iPhone stop automatically rearranging my apps on my screens

this has to be one or the most annoying things about using my iPhone, period!

what's amazing is that it has been like this for a decade or more and still no one at apple test labs has won 🥇 by proposing this change to end this madness and for the board approving it 🤔

Wow how much longer will the board refusing to make this an option for us dedicated users?
