DND is not working after updating iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18.2.1

I have an iPhone 13 Pro. Ever since I installed the latest software update, iOS 18.2.1, the Do Not Disturb function is not working. I have always used the function with no problems. I allow “repeated calls” to work so family can break through in case of an emergency. I have DND set to allow no one. But I continue to get notifications. Help! I can’t get back to sleep after the notification sound.
