Apple Music volume slider issue on PC

Why on the pc version of Apple Music app the volume slider is adjusted in increments of 5 ? For example, you can select either 0 - 5 - 10 - 15 etc.

Playing playlists from different albums, getting different volume levels. It is quite disturbing. iTunes for windows has a sound check facility. turn library music volume down in final cut Is there a way to turn the volume down for all the songs in the music library in final cut? (Must be the same as apple music library) I am editing in a timeline which is normalized to european loudness (ebu) norm and my audio is going through a breakout box to my speakers which are set to the right level. But every time I try to listen to a song from the final cut music library, the music is waaay to high.. I cannot turn down my speakers every time. Is there a way to reduce the volume for example by 9 db for all songs in the library like i can do with all my video clips?

Apple Music volume Normalize on Android Music volume goes very high/low and it is not constant. This effects the hearing for users who are using apple music in android. I have seen similar questions posted in community, but apple fails to provide any explanation. Do we get volume normalization feature on android in future updates?
