Itunes not syncing videos to iphone 11 pro max

I have always used itunes on my pc to sync my screen recorded videos to my iphone no issue. I upgraded my monitors recently & have been recording with 3440x1440 resolution & these videos will not sync. They show up in the number of videos to sync folder & no prompt identifying an issue or failure to sync shows up. They just dont turn up in my phone. If i export the video with the exact same specs from premier they will then sync but id rather the file just worked. Any help?
