Suspicious downloads found on my iPhone 13

There were some downloads found on my phone that I did not know about and I did not do. Has anybody else come across downloaded information on their phone that they did not do themselves?

something from apple came up on my phone saying i had a virus and told me download something to remove them called defense ray is it a legit app has anyone ever gotten that? I had something come up on my old iPhone 12 saying that I had a virus on my phone and that I had to download something called defense ray to get rid of them does anyone know by chance if that is a legit app it also doubles as an ad blocker (my phone has not been jailbroken)

Removing male ware and spyware from my iphone7 I was just notified of this a couple hours ago. I am not very computer literate. Is there an easy way to do this without making an expensive trip to repair store

I’ve never experienced this but it was a regular occurrence when I had an android
