I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution to the issue I have been facing with my iPhone 15.
I purchased the device on November 4, 2024, and within a month, I began experiencing problems with the receiver. Despite reaching out to customer care multiple times over the past month, the issue remains unresolved.
I have visited your service center twice and even replaced the receiver once, yet the problem persists. Each interaction with your customer care team has only delayed the process further without providing a satisfactory solution.
As a loyal customer, I expected better from Apple, a brand known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This experience has been extremely frustrating and is not reflective of the standards Apple is known for.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. Please escalate this issue to the appropriate team and provide a clear resolution timeline. I look forward to your prompt response.
