why can’t i have tiktok like everyone else?

i pressed on tiktok it said keep or delete i tried to keep it , and it wouldn’t let me it made me delete tiktok why?

because everyone in my state and city uses it and has access to it.

Why cant i redownload tiktok after the un baned? i deleted tiktok after the banned happened as i figured it was going to be a while until we got it back. But it got unbanned earlier. And yet it is still not letting me redownload it. This is so aggravating.
